Steph Gilmour

Steph is an Associate working on SeaChange’s grantmaking activities. Prior to joining SeaChange, she worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence for 13 years. During her tenure there, she supported mentoring programs in Southeastern PA and Southern New Jersey. Steph focused on partnership development between schools, universities and corporations and led the team supporting the youth and volunteers involved in the programs. Steph holds a BS in Spanish with a focus on International Business and Civic and Community Engagement from Penn State University and an MPA from Villanova University. While at Villanova, Steph served as a tuition scholar assisting with research focused on the impact of COVID-19 on Nonprofit Human Capital Management. Steph has a passion for seeing the nonprofit sector thrive.
