PASSPort Public Sheds Light on Procurement

As previously discussed, human services contracts awarded by New York City have been plagued with issues of late registration and delayed payments. The Adams administration unveiled its new PASSPort Public system to bring transparency and accountability to these long-standing problems. This article highlights and analyzes some of the initial findings based on the newly-available data from the platform.
